The CMC recommend that all workplace mediation organisations adopt a Code of Practice that meets or exceeds the European Code which is available on this website.  

The CMC has not promulgated a single Code of Good Practice for workplace mediators at this stage though the matter is under review by the Workplace Committee of the CMC: see - www.civilmediation.org
